Return & Refund Policy

Australian Consumer Law Notice: Your statutory rights are unaffected. If products are faulty, unsafe, or not as described, we provide remedy (repair/replace/refund) per Australian Consumer Law. Contact pushinmomentum@gmail.com for claims.

Pushin' Momentum backs every rim, suspension, and performance part shipped. Damaged/defective items get replaced or refunded fast. Bent rims, scratches, wrong specs? Email pushinmomentum@gmail.com with photos - we're on it.

Damages and Issues

Inspect on delivery. Freight damage, factory defects, or wrong items? Notify within 48 hours with photos + courier details for carrier claim. We'll organise replacements via freight insurer.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

No returns/warranty on:

  • Installed parts (bolted rims, compressed suspension)
  • Modified items (drilled, powdercoated, machined)
  • Used wheels (curb rash, scuffs, track wear)
  • Misadventure (exceeding published load ratings, offsets, speeds)
  • Change of mind (performance parts aren't return-to-TyreShop)

Fitment: We supply specs (PCD, offset, load rating). Vehicle mods creating fitment issues void claims.

Refunds Process

  1. Return approved within 2 business days of inspection
  2. Refund issued to original payment within 10 business days
  3. Bank processing adds 3-5 days

Fees

  • 20% restocking fee + return freight (both directions)
  • Original shipping non-refundable
  • Carrier damage claims = no fees (freight company pays)
